General Refund Policy

At Unitec Digital, we’re committed to providing our customers excellent service. Under the following circumstances, you might be eligible for a refund if you’re not happy with our services:

Website Development: 
  • In the event that the project has not begun, full refunds will be given.
  • Depending on the work finished, a partial payment can be given if the project is still in progress.
  • After the job has been completed and delivered, there are no refunds. 
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):  
  • Refunds will be considered if there are clear performance issues and after a thorough review.
  • For SEO services already completed, there won’t be any refunds given. 
Digital Marketing: 
  • Refunds will be given for campaigns that haven’t started yet. 
  • No refunds will be issued for ongoing or completed campaigns.
Social Media Marketing: 
  • Refunds will be issued for campaigns not yet initiated.
  • No refunds will be issued for ongoing or completed campaigns.
Graphic Designing: 
  • Full refunds will be issued if the project has not started.
  • If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and delivered.
Content Writing: 
  • Refunds will be issued if the project has not started.
  • Depending on the work finished, some payment can be given if the project is still in progress. 
  • No refunds will be issued once the content is delivered.
Data Entry: 
  • For services that have not yet been started, refunds will be given. 
  • No refunds will be issued for ongoing or completed data entry services.
Mobile Application Development:
  • Full refunds will be issued if the project has not started.
  • If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and delivered.

Conditions for Refunds

The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to be eligible for a refund: 

  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of beginning of the service. 
  • You have to offer proof of the problems with the services or your complaint. 
  • The work delivered must not have been used or implemented.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@unitecdigital.com with your order details.
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  3. Add any verifying records or proof. 

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this website, and you will be informed when they happen. It is recommended that you regularly review this policy for updates. Any changes to this policy take effect instantly upon posting on this page.
